I like to have one of these and a Genuine "Black Jack" to complete the theme. Yes there is some blurring of the lines between "motorcycle" and "motorscooter". I have seen other scooters that were not "step thru" designs. There are older Vespas with fuel tanks in the traditional "motorcycle" fashion.
Still, this bike has a 150cc engine more in line with a scooter, yes?

Hard to understand why they have "scooters" in the business name when these are clearly motorcycles.

Its not often that I've got "The Scoop" on scooters but an episode of American Pickers is coming up with a sweet find on a passenger vespa.
http://www.history.com/shows.do?episodeId=531078&action=detail

Very nice. The only change I'd want to make is moving the pegs back to a standard riding position.

The craziest part is that in California these would be freeway legal!
